Unfortunately, due to recent mass media propaganda like the type in 1885, there has been a backlash, causing lots of countries to raise their ages of consent. This doesn’t make it right, though. Previously, Spain and the Netherlands had the best policies because the age of consent was 12 in the Netherlands, and 13 in Spain. I think 12 is too young, though. If males happen to meet a 12 year old girl online or in real life, who they think sounds or looks slightly sexy, then they must immediately ask her when her birthday is, make a note of her contact details, then refuse to have anything more to do with her until her birthday. Unfortunately both Spain and the Netherlands have now raised their ages of consent to 16. This means that the best places to have sex with young girls at the moment seem to be Germany, Austria, Italy, and Portugal, all places where the age of consent is 14. There are other countries where the age of consent is also 14, but I think Germany, Austria, Italy, and Portugal are more exciting places. In Japan the national age of consent is 13, but lots of prefectures have local laws which raise this to 16-18.
